Statutory Right of Withdrawal – General Information
Under EU consumer law, a statutory right of withdrawal generally applies to distance contracts.
However, due to the nature of the products and services offered in this shop, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases listed below.
This page serves information purposes only and does not constitute an invitation or option to withdraw where the right of withdrawal is legally excluded.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
1. Limited Edition Fine Art Prints (Physical Products)
All fine art prints sold by Sturmideenkind | Sina Domke are:
- produced on demand
- part of a limited edition
- hand-signed and individually numbered
- delivered with a certificate of authenticity
Due to their individualized and custom-made nature, these products are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU (custom-made goods).
2. Digital Products (Downloads)
Digital products (e.g. presets, overlays, digital files):
- are made available for immediate download after purchase
- are not eligible for withdrawal once access to the download has been granted
By completing the purchase, customers expressly agree to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires once the download begins, as permitted by EU consumer law.
3. Review Service (Individual Services)
The Review Service includes an individual written review, optionally complemented by a call.
As this is a personalized service, the right of withdrawal is excluded once performance of the service has begun.
This applies in particular to the written review component.
No Withdrawal Process Available
As the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded for the products and services offered in this shop, no withdrawal procedure, form, or registration process is provided.
Any questions regarding damaged goods, delivery issues, or exceptional cases are handled individually via direct contact.
